The public beta is days away
RelayHall 1.0.0-beta.1 is complete for its scope, under review on our own test environment, and will be released together with all of its source code any day now. What is in it, what is still owed, and where to follow the roadmap.

The first public release of RelayHall is close. Version 1.0.0-beta.1 is complete for the scope we set for it, it is being reviewed on our own test environment, and it will be published, with the whole source code, as soon as the owner gate opens. That is days, not months.
What the beta contains
The board itself: tasks with a full lifecycle, subtasks, projects and phases with typed resources, the kanban and the living map. Reports, the compiled brief and the verifier, and the audit ledger. Identity and authority in full: principals with scoped, revocable credentials, grants, groups, access profiles and warrants, single sign-on over OIDC with directory users and groups, invitations, and an OAuth 2.1 authorization server. The skills registry, five built-in personalities and the charter; services and connectors with versioned descriptors; an MCP server with 58 tools; the harness tiers. Telemetry ingest with the sessions and stats pages. The core of the knowledge broker, and the blueprint engine: registry, versions, lifecycle, import and export, instantiation.
What it ships without, on purpose
The beta is labelled work in progress, and the label is meant. Some review rounds on merged features are still owed. About a hundred and fifty hardening cards are open, grouped and scheduled: availability at estate scale, concurrency and durability, egress, identity lifecycle, and a long tail of test controls that a determined author could fool. They close in the release candidate and in 1.0, and the release notes carry a known-limitations register so nobody has to guess.
The release line
1.0.0-beta.1, then 1.0.0-RC once two walkthroughs are green, then 1.0.0. The messaging gateway, the plugin extension points and the estate cutover come after 1.0. The roadmap on the About page is the tracker: it states, per version, what is in, what gates it, and where each area stands, and it is updated from the project record rather than from hope.
When the gate opens, the source code lands in the repository at github.com/relayhall/relayhall (public today, holding only its licence), the install commands on this site become live, and the release note appears here first. Subscribe to the feed to hear the bell.
